For service businesses that live on enquiries

More of your enquiries become paying clients.

G-SYNQ brings in new leads, captures enquiries from your ads and forms in one pipeline, and follows each one up automatically, from the first reply to the booked appointment.

Leads move forward in your pipeline when they book or reply, not when you find time to update it. If you run Facebook or Instagram lead form ads, Meta is told each time a lead moves forward, so you can see which ads bring leads that go further.

Six quick questions. You get a one-page plan whether or not you work with us.

Example chat: a customer asks a service business about Saturday, gets an instant reply with booking times, and books a 2pm consultation
Example only: an enquiry answered and booked automatically.

Most enquiries aren't lost. They're just answered too late.

Nothing breaks, so it's easy to miss. Enquiries slip in three places.

The first reply waits for you.

Someone enquires at 9pm. You're with a client, on a job or asleep, and by the time you reply, they've spoken to someone else.

Follow-up stops when you're busy.

When reminders, rebooking and next steps wait for you to send them, your pipeline goes quiet as soon as your week fills up.

Your ads are learning from half the story.

When someone fills in your Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta counts the job as done. Unless your pipeline is connected to Meta and every stage is kept up to date, your ads keep finding people who fill in forms, whether or not they ever go further.

One system brings in your leads, captures them in one place and follows them up.

01Optional

Bring in new leads.

We plan, build and manage your Facebook and Instagram ads, made from your own photos and video. You approve the copy before anything goes live.

02

Capture them in one place.

We set up an enquiry page for you and connect any Facebook or Instagram lead forms you run, so enquiries land in one pipeline, not separate inboxes. You see every lead and the stage they're at.

03

Follow up every one, automatically.

Each enquiry gets a reply straight away and a link to book a time in your own calendar. Confirmations, reminders and rebooking messages go out by email. When a lead books or replies, they move forward on their own.

The fix for your ads: each time a lead moves forward, your pipeline tells your Meta ad account, without anyone having to remember. You can see which ads bring leads that go further, not just form fills. Once you have enough leads, Meta can use the same signal to find more people like the ones who went further.

Applies to Facebook and Instagram lead form ads. Contact details are hashed before they're sent to Meta.

What happens to every new enquiry

Here's what happens when someone enquires through your page or a lead form.

01

An enquiry comes in.

They get a personal reply straight away, and you get a notification with their details.

02

They book a time.

They receive a confirmation, then reminders a day before and an hour before.

03

They miss it.

They get a friendly message with a link to rebook, and you get a task to follow up.

04

After you've spoken.

You're reminded to send the next step, and nudged again if it stalls.

05

They ask you to stop.

Every message stops everywhere, and they're marked so nobody contacts them again by accident.

We built our own follow-up the same way.

It covers booking confirmations and reminders, no-show recovery, after-call reminders and opt-out handling.

Your free review shows what a follow-up like this would do for your enquiries, before you commit to anything.

Start with a free lead response review.

Answer six questions about how enquiries reach you today. You'll get a one-page plan showing where enquiries are likely slipping through and what an automated follow-up would do about it. No call required, and no obligation.

Requests received by 3pm Singapore time get their plan the same business day; later requests, the next business day.

Here's what happens next.

Review.

You tell us how enquiries reach you. We send a one-page plan.

Build.

If it's a fit, you get a clear quote first. Then we set up your system and test it with you.

Go live.

New enquiries start getting answered straight away. If we're running your ads, they launch once you've approved the copy.

Who this is for

A good fit if you:

sell a service people enquire about before they buy, want more enquiries and more of them to become clients, and lose track of follow-up when you're busy.

Not a fit if you:

sell mainly through walk-ins or online checkout, or already have a follow-up system you're happy with.

FAQ

Do I have to switch CRMs?

It's built in GoHighLevel. If you already use another system, we'll tell you in the review whether it's worth switching.

Who owns the account and the data?

Your system is built in a dedicated sub-account inside G-SYNQ's GoHighLevel agency, covered by the monthly fee. Your contacts and data are yours, and you can export them at any time.

Do I need to be running ads?

No. The follow-up system works on every enquiry from your page and lead forms, whether or not you run ads. If you run Facebook or Instagram lead form ads, we also connect your pipeline back to Meta so your ads can learn from it.

Is ad spend included?

No. If we run your ads, you pay Meta directly for the ad spend, separate from our fee.

How do the automatic messages reach people?

By email, to enquiries that come in through your enquiry page or your Facebook and Instagram lead forms. If most of your enquiries arrive on WhatsApp or by phone, tell us in the review and we'll tell you what the system can and can't do for them.

What does it cost?

It depends on what you need. You'll get a clear quote after the review, before anything is built.

Is it compliant with privacy rules?

Every contact can opt out at any time and is stopped across every channel. Consent is recorded under PDPA. Contact details sent to Meta are hashed before they leave your system, as Meta requires.
